Frequently Asked Questions
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our head office within 3–4 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. For any issues during transit, please reach out to the carrier directly.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation email is automatically sent when your order is placed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, contact us through our website, and we’ll be happy to help.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to help you track your order.
TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to their order. We are not responsible for any customs fees or delays.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused, has an insufficient address, or is returned to us as undeliverable, a $15 shipping fee will apply to have your order re-sent.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know moms are busy, so we’ve made our return and exchange process as easy as possible.
- RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.
- Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days of arriving at Little Kneeds.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Exchanged items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Exchanges are subject to availability once we receive your item.
- Shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.
- NOTE ON PROMOTIONS
- Promotions are valid only for the specified day, and no price adjustments will be made.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out through our website with your order number, and we’ll assist you in processing a replacement.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, machine wash this garment cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low and cool iron if needed. Please refer to the care instructions on each garment.
