SHIPPING & Returns

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders from our head office within 3-4 business days of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once orders leave our head office and are in the possession of the carrier, Little Kneeds is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

RESHIP

In the event that your package is refused, the address provided is insufficient, or the package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we offer a reshipment option. A $15 shipping fee will be charged to have your order re-sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Little Kneeds purchase. Therefore, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, provided that the item is in its original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Please note that optional paid priority shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the item arrives at Little Kneeds. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
*Please be aware that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be received by Little Kneeds within 14 days of receiving a return label. Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at littlekneeds@outlook.com with your order number and attach photos of the defect. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may apply to their order. Little Kneeds is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for more information regarding applicable fees or regulations.
