CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any customer service related issues, please contact our customer service team at littlekneeds@outlook.com. We handle all customer service inquiries exclusively through email. Our team strives to respond to requests within 24-48 hours.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our head office within 3-4 business days of purchase.
Once orders leave our head office, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you encounter such an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

RESHIP

In the case of refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages, a $15 shipping fee will be charged to have your order re-sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date, provided that the item is in its original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Please note that optional paid priority shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the time they arrive at Little Kneeds.
Please be aware that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be received by Little Kneeds within 14 days of receiving a return label. Exchanges are subject to availability upon receipt of the returned item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please email littlekneeds@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the defect, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may apply to their order. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs.

ORDERS BOUGHT USING A DISCOUNT CODE

Exchanges for equivalent items are available if the item is new, unworn/undamaged, and still has the tags attached. Otherwise, a refund will be issued at the promotional value.
Please note that promotions are valid for the specified day only, and no price adjustments are allowed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation email is automatically sent when an order is placed. If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, kindly contact us at littlekneeds@outlook.com, and we'll assist you further.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your convenience.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, machine wash this garment cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low and cool iron if needed. Please follow the care instructions on each garment.
